Singaraja, October 22, 2024 – The Internal Monitoring activity for the Kampus Merdeka Competition Program (PKKM) in the Physical, Health and Recreation Education (Penjaskesrek) Study Program of the Faculty of Sports and Health (FOK) at Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) was successfully held. This initiative aimed to conduct internal evaluation and monitor to ensure the program aligns with its original plan. Its primary objectives included assessing progress, ensuring quality and sustainability of the funded program, and achieving the predetermined targets, standards and indicators set by PKKM.
The event took place at the Accreditation Room, 2nd Floor, FOK Lecture Building, starting at 13.00 Wita until completion. It was attended by the Dean of FOK (Dr. I Ketut Yoda, S.Pd., M.Or.), the Vice Dean II (Dr. Gede Doddy Tisna, M.S., S.Pr., M.Or.), and the Vice Dean III (I Made Satyawan, S.Pd., M.Pd.), as well as the leadership of the Sports Education Department, Committee members, and the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Team.
This monitoring activity focused on evaluating the program’s implementation, identifying challenges, and analyzing the effectiveness of achieving the program’s goals. Key aspects of assessment included the quality of Kampus Merdeka curriculum implementation, achievement of program outputs, and the contribution to student skill and competency development in alignment with the study program’s objectives.
It is anticipated that this internal monitoring will provide an objective overview of the PPKM implementation within the Penjaskesrek Study Program. It aims to identify challenges and improvement strategies to ensure the program operates optimally. Moreover, the results of this evaluation are expected to serve as a foundation for developing more innovative and industry-relevant study programs, enhancing graduate competencies to better meet workforce demands.
