Denpasar, November 1, 2024 – The Faculty of Sports and Health (FOK) Undiksha conducted a public lecture focusing on Indonesian Aerobic Dance. The event featured Indonesia Aerobic Master, Dr. Fahmy Fachrezzy, M.Pd., AIFO-P, a lecturer from the Faculty of Sports and Sports Science at the State University of Jakarta (UNJ).

During the session, Dr. Fahmy Fachrezzy provided insights into the proper techniques and movementd of aerobic dance. The aim was to equip FOK students with the skills to perform and teach Aerobic dance with accuracy and professionalism, preparing them to implement these techniques effectively in future sports education.
