Improving the Professionalism of Young Trainers at the Pencak Silat Club of Banyuning Negara through IPTEK. is two activities of P2M that are interrelated, namely the APPLICATION OF PHYSICAL CONDITIONING TRAINING to INCREASING THE PROFESSIONALISM OF YOUNG TRAINERS AT THE BANYUNING STATE BAKTI PENCAK SILAT CLUB and IMPROVING TRAINER PROFESSIONALISM THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY FOR BEGINNER COACHES AT THE BANYUNING NEGARA BAKTI PENCAK SILAT CLUB which are carried out in synergy. This activity begins with basic training carried out in the activity “Summer Camp” for 2 days (21 and 22 June 2022) in Dasong village.
