Singaraja, 22 July 2022 Faculty of Sports and Health (FOK) Undiksha held P2M activities
(Research and Community Service). This activity aims to train the mentality of beginner athletes TRI HITA KARANA. There were 20 Tennis Branch Managers ( Pengcab. ) who attended this activity.
ObjectiveThe purpose of this activity is to train to improve the overall structure and mental processes systematically over the long term, to:
- Strengthening Desire
- Controls emotional stability
- Develop thinking, motivation, emotions, attitudes, beliefs, and behavior
- Improve physical processes and individual performance
MeaningTRI HITA KARAN is a concept or teaching in Hinduism that always emphasizes how people can live side by side, greet one another, without any ripples of hatred, full of tolerance and full of peace.
The benefit of MENTAL TRAINING BASED ON TRI HITA KARANA is to improve the athlete’s performance to be better, with a better personality also based on TRI HITA KARANA.
